About Us
Rise Horizon provide clients with clarity, certainty, and fair outcomes.
Our Purpose
Large-scale projects are inherently complex and often suffer from poor planning and record-keeping. This leads to a lack of robust planning and accurate program updates, leaving project leaders unable to manage projects effectively or address delays. Early warnings are often overlooked, risks escalate, claims become more difficult to substantiate, and disputes ensue.
Rise Horizon assist project leaders at any stage with strategic advisory, robust planning, defensible claims, and independent expert support.
We provide strategic advisory, robust planning, and defensible claims that support project success and minimise disputes.
Where disputes arise, we provide independent expert services.
Our work is grounded in integrity, expertise, clarity, and reliability, delivering outcomes that withstand scrutiny.
